The Essendonians were officially formed in 1960. The coteries’ tradition is built on loyalty, passion, commitment, fervour, camaraderie and belonging, while at all times providing ardent support on and off the field, for the Essendon Football Club and most importantly the players who stand for the Red and Black jumper.
On ANZAC Day 2018 the Essendonians function committed to support The National Service Scholarship Foundation by donating funds from the game-day Raffle held at their luncheon. Their theme for the day was players who served as National Servicemen over the period 1951 - 1972.
By supporting the Foundation you will have the satisfaction of knowing you are contributing to the further education and skills development of those already committed to the enhanced learning and medical skills that will be of significant benefit to our society as a whole.
